This policy explains what the OnBetIn app collects, why, and who it is shared with. We have written it to match what the app actually does. If anything here is unclear, write to support@onbetin.com.

We do not collect your location, your contacts, your photos, your files, or the contents of any messages.
Subscriptions are processed entirely by Google Play or the Apple App Store. Your card details are handled by them and never reach us. We receive only a confirmation that a subscription is active, together with its type and expiry, which we use to unlock VIP content. Subscription management, cancellation and refunds are handled through your Google Play or Apple account.
We do not sell personal data and we do not share it with third parties for advertising or marketing. Data is processed only by the service providers listed above, acting on our behalf:

Analytics and crash data are retained according to Firebase's default retention periods and are held in aggregate. Subscription records are kept for as long as the subscription is active and afterwards for the period required by tax and accounting rules.
All communication between the app and our servers uses encrypted HTTPS connections, and API requests are additionally authenticated with an encrypted token. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect the limited data we hold.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict processing of your personal data, and to object to it. Contact us and we will respond.
OnBetIn is intended for adults aged 18 and over. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has used the app, contact us and we will act.
Our service providers may process data on servers outside your country, including in the United States and the European Union. Where required, those transfers rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
If this policy changes materially we will update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you in the app.
